The Position 

Marketing Coordinator  – You will work directly with the owner and the Chief Operating Officer to fulfill a wide variety of marketing needs in a large, rapidly expanding outpatient behavioral health clinic. Ability to imagineer at a high level and also execute intricately detailed marketing, branding, and sales initiatives is critical. You must be hands on with all work and a great multi-tasker who thrives in delivering a large volume of high quality work.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Expert at generating qualified leads
  • Social Media Organic Growth Expert – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, etc.
  • Create new photo and video content for organic exposure and paid marketing
  • Curate existing content for organic exposure and paid marketing
  • Create, implement, and optimize positive ROI campaigns across Google AdWords and all social media channels
  • Reports Expert – Hubspot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more to review, interpret, and formulate actionable insights based on available data
  • CRM Expert – Renovate an existing and well established CRM to maximum performance
  • Help assess and strategize other digital and non-digital marketing opportunities
  • Graphic Design and other branding initiatives
  • Copywriting for newsletters, blogs, website, ads, and other content marketing

Patient Care Coordinator – Culver City, 90045

This is an in person position. LOCAL HIRES ONLY! (must live in or near 90045 zip code)

The Position 

Patient Care Coordinator – This is a critical role within our clinic. You will be the primary person to interface with prospective patients and patients by phone and in person. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Answer phones and field incoming calls
  • Respond to emails
  • Make a large volume of follow up calls
  • Check in patients at their appointments, assist with paperwork and process payments
  • Answer questions from prospective patients
  • Create invoices, statements, and other forms patients need
  • Schedule appointments and maintain multiple calendars in an orderly manner
  • Assist with a variety of special projects in marketing, branding, press, bookkeeping, etc.

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 years of patient care coordination, preferably in mental health
  • Full time: Monday – Friday, between the hours of 9am-7pm. No nights, no weekends.

This leadership role requires both medical and administrative experience. Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills are required. Our psychiatrist will help lead the provision of ketamine infusion therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and medication management. This role will also be a supervisory role for advanced practitioners and nurses. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people, a team player, a genuine leader, patient advocate, detail-oriented, show initiative, and have excellent communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with patients, and their other providers when necessary, for intakes and evaluations before, during, and after treatment.
  • Address patients’ questions and concerns.
  • Various administrative tasks (charting notes, calls, emails, etc)

  • Help implement new, evidence-based therapies into the practice.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) – This role requires excellent bedside manner and customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this role should be a genuine leader, patient advocate, detail-oriented, show initiative, and have great communication skills.

  • Performing outpatient psychiatric evaluations, providing medication management services, and referring to Ketamine Infusion Therapy or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation modalities when appropriate
  • Taking ownership of patient care, building rapport, maintaining timely documentation
  • Communicating effectively with teammates to optimize patient care
  • Assisting in the overall growth and development of the clinic

Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA)- This role requires excellent bedside manner and customer service skills. The ideal candidate for this role should be a genuine leader, patient advocate, detail-oriented, show initiative, and have great communication skills.

Registered Nurse (RN) – This nursing role requires both medical and administrative experience. Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills are required. In addition, our nurses assist with following up with prospective patients to explain treatment and book appointments. Mental health experience is ideal, as we work with a population that suffers from a variety of mood disorders. The ideal candidate for this role should be a genuine leader, patient advocate, detail-oriented, show initiative, and have excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Registered Nurse assists with ketamine infusions (drawing up medication, starting IVs, monitoring patients for comfort and safety, charting clinical notes, etc)
  • Follow up with prospective patients via phone and email to address questions, concerns, and schedule them for treatment
  • Various administrative tasks (medical supplies inventory, charting notes, answering phones, emails, scheduling appointments, etc)
  • Assisting in the overall growth and development of the clinic

TMS Technician – This role requires both medical and administrative experience. Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills are required. In addition, our TMS technicians assist with following up with prospective patients to explain treatment and book appointments. Mental health experience is ideal, as we work with a population that suffers from a variety of mood disorders. The ideal candidate for this role should be a genuine leader, patient advocate, detail-oriented, show initiative, and have excellent communication skills.
